Wheelmen & Co. offers a limited one-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.

We will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility is limited to the refund (for items purchased through our Wheelmen & Co. online store) or the replacement of the defective product.

Our limited one-year warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Wheelmen & Co. retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or online order number.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. Modifications include but are not limited to embroidery or iron-on patches.

To request warranty service, please fill out our Support Request Form and include a description of the issue. 


If your Wheelmen & Co. product has suffered damage due to wear-and-tear or is out of warranty, we may nevertheless be able to offer repair services for a nominal cost, depending on the issue and the product. Please fill out the Warranty/Repair request form and include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
