RETURNS

We accept returns on all purchases within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and returned with all straps and tags intact. 

If you would like to make a return, please fill out the Return Request Form. We will review your request and get back to you shortly with instructions. 

REFUNDS

For all valid returns, we will issue a full refund (not including shipping) to the original card or account used to make the purchase. Please note we cannot process a refund until we have received the returned item. For this reason we recommend shipping returns with tracking and/or insurance, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.
